Refund Policy Power Up Eats
We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the initial set up and consultation of your website and online ordering system. The satisfaction guarantee starts after both parties decide to work together and the restaurant has paid the initial set up fee.
We only refund service charges if the customer has been refunded. For example if a customer places an order for $25.00 and there was a $2.00 service charge added to the order. If that customer wanted a refund and you as the restuarant owner refunded that customer we issue a refund on the service charge for online ordering credit card sales.
There are ZERO fees for cash pick ups so a refund cannot be given for these types of orders.
Refunds are issued within 24 to 48 hours of your request.
